Way too many in startups burn out

Easy does it

Everyone in startups talks about giving it 110%, killing it, or fighting back, etc.

Really?

How about: We're focused, doing the best we know how to succeed, with all the ups and downs....

Yes, investors want you to work hard at returning their capital (and then some), your customers want to be delighted, and your colleagues want your place of work to feel great and vibrant.

But, no one wants you dead. Or burned out at 30.

It's a marathon, not a sprint. Slow the f down once in a while.
