Mindfullness made simple: Thriving under startup pressure.
The best decisions I’ve ever made came from 5 minutes of stillness...
Mindfulness at work has always intrigued me.
Because it doesn’t just help 𝘺𝘰𝘶.
So to the stressed-out professionals, I insist on this:
→ If you can’t find calm, how will you think clearly?
→ How will you manage the chaos around you?
→ Do you actually believe stress helps you perform better?
Because in my experience (and in the experience of many others), mindfulness:
→ Calms your mind
→ Improves decision-making
→ Helps you stay grounded in high-pressure situations
Here’s how to start:
→ Breathing Technique - Box Breathing:
- Inhale for 4 seconds.
- Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
- Exhale for 4 seconds.
- Hold for 4 seconds.
- Repeat this cycle 5 times whenever you feel stressed.
→ Daily Mindfulness Practice:
- Set aside 5 minutes every morning to sit in silence.
- Focus on your breath. When thoughts arise, acknowledge them without judgment and bring your focus back to your breathing.
→ Mindful Walks:
- Take 10-15 minutes for a walk each day. During your walk, pay attention to your surroundings—sounds, smells, and sights.
Let’s act less like stress machines, and more like mindful beings.
If you can’t find calm within yourself.
That’s your challenge, not the world’s.
