Turning off auto pilot
We all go through life through the motions. So many of our daily actions are on autopilot.
But, real breakthroughs become available in your life when you interrupt yourself and your automatic ways.
So, try this little exercise this week. When you are going to do something, anything really, stop and do it differently.
E.g. left foot in a shoe before right, taking a different path to the store, or changing your mind about the lunch you were going to prepare.
It does not have to be big changes.
Micro changes will teach your brain to be more at ease with alternative solutions, also when they arrive from outside of you.
They will help you handle stressful situations better, and who knows, maybe teach you that the left foot first just feels better.
