Rest:

I started getting all 7 types of rest:

↳ Physical rest - sleep

↳ Mental rest - meditate

↳ Spiritual rest - volunteer

↳ Sensory rest - turn off electronics

↳ Emotional rest - speak to a friend

↳ Social rest - time with energy givers

↳ Creative rest - enjoy music/books/etc.

Stopped working every day:

↳ Banks are closed on Sundays. They’re doing well. 

Working every day isn’t a badge of honor. It means you need better systems.

Revamped sleep habits:

↳ 10 hours before bed: no caffeine

↳ 3 hours before bed: no food or drink

↳ 2 hours before bed: no work

↳ 1 hour before bed: no screens

Eliminated, automated, delegated:

↳ The cost of task outweighs the benefit: Eliminate

↳ Repetitive task that takes low brain power: Automate

↳ Time taken for task outweighs the benefit: Delegate

Made "no" my default:

↳ Freedom is saying "no". 

Set firm boundaries to protect your time and mental energy.

I'm in the best mental and physical shape of my life now.
