How do you manage your mental health?
Last week I spoke with yet another founder who was struggling with managing their mental health. I said something along the lines of this to him:

Here are a few strategies that have helped me to manage my mental health….
Self-awareness, having a support system, setting boundaries, taking care of my physical health, and being open and honest about my struggles are key.
It's important to take regular breaks, reflect on thoughts and emotions and seek professional help if needed.
