Quantity and quality of sleep are two of the biggest challenges I hear from my clients, and it’s no surprise.
Here are some sleep facts that illustrate how big a problem this is:
- One study estimates the annual cost of workplace errors and accidents linked to insomnia at $31.1 billion
- If it takes you less than five minutes to fall asleep at night, you’re probably sleep-deprived. Ideally, falling asleep should take 10 to 15 minutes.
In this video, I discuss the methods I’ve used to help my own sleep and that of my clients.
